AHEAD Prohibited Countries Terms

Customer shall comply with all applicable U.S. and global trade laws. Customer represents and warrants that it will not export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise use any export-controlled Products in any country subject to an embargo or other sanctions by the U.S. Government, which includes:

• Belarus;
• Cuba;
• Iran;
• North Korea;
• Russia;
• Syria; and
• Covered Regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk).

This list is not exhaustive. Customer is responsible for ensuring business is not carried out by individuals, entities, countries, or territories sanctioned by the U.S. government. Customer shall also comply with any additional restrictions as required by the OEM.

Unless expressly permitted by AHEAD in writing, Services shall not be performed in the following countries:
