The Challenge

The client was looking to fill gaps in correlation and observability across the stack as their business and technologies grows and evolves.

Without the necessary visibility, the client was facing:

AHEAD implemented application topology & dependency maps and rationalized monitoring tools, with the end goal of predictive monitoring and analytics geared towards help drive down incidents and allow the business to meet Detection, Resolution, and RCA SLAs to improve customer experience.
