AHEAD APPOINTS FORMER SERVICENOW EXECUTIVE DAVID MORGAN AS VICE PRESIDENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

In this role, Morgan will be responsible for managing AHEAD’s professional services practices, including spearheading initiatives that accelerate growth in professional services, and build both organizational scale and efficiency. “As we grow and expand our offerings within the immensely competitive tech market, improving our efficiency, quality of services, and depth of bench will be critical to our success,” said Eric Kaplan, chief technology officer at AHEAD. “David brings proven expertise in building and leading high-performance teams, so we’re thrilled to have him join our rapidly growing team.” With nearly 20 years of proven business development experience, Morgan is an expert in building consulting capabilities, improving client relations, and streamlining service delivery processes. Prior to joining AHEAD, he was the general manager and senior director of professional services at ServiceNow, where he headed the company’s professional services activities for the northern and western United States and all ofCanada. Before that, Morgan was the senior director of professional services atNetApp, where he led the company’s customer success and advanced consulting services in the Americas.
